In case of infringement of third-party rights, the aforementioned businesses remain solely responsible.
4.2. Loudlink reserves the right to use the logo and trade name of its collaborating businesses for the purpose of presenting the collaboration and its work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. User Obligations and Restrictions
Partners and business owners using Loudlink's services are obliged to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating and managing their accounts or listings.
- Not infringe on third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and personal data.
